Marvel’s Avengers is one of the most anticipated game of this year, if not of all time. It is an upcoming narrative-based, action-adventure video game and will feature several of favourite superheroes in a single game. Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montréal are the developers and Square Enix will do the publishing part. If you’re into comic books, you must be well aware of Avengers. This game is inspired by the long-running comic book mythology and adaptations in other media. The main storyline takes place five years after A-Day, a celebratory day for the Avengers. On this A-Day, a tragedy resulted in death and destruction, and the Avengers took the blame. Originally it was set to release in May of 2020 but is now postponed to a date in September to refurbish the graphics. The hype is sky-high for Marvel’s Avengers, particularly after the astounding success of Spiderman game for PS4.
Marvel’s Avengers: Synopsis and Gameplay
The story begins on A-Day, where five of the founding members of the Avengers are celebrating the unveiling of a second headquarters in San Francisco. A terrorist attack then takes place which destroys most of the city and Avengers end up taking the blame for it. If we reveal any more details about the plot, it won’t be fun for you when you play it. So we’ll leave at that.
Marvel’s Avengers will feature a bunch of heroes including, Iron Man, Hulk, Black Widow, Thor and Captian America. You’ll have the chance to play as your favourite character and revisit some of the most iconic locations form the Marvel Universe. The game also features Kamala, who is an Inhuman and takes on the daunting task of reassembling the Avengers. The game will have multiple playing modes, including the solo campaign and the co-op mode with up to 4 players.
