The particulars of Indian pricing are now, however, under wraps. On 12 November in the US, Canada, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand, the two versions of the PlayStation 5 – PS5 and the PS5 Digital Version will be launched; and on 19 November in ‘the rest of the world’. It’s uncertain for now whether India is included in the latter as well, but we definitely hope so.

PS5: What you need to expect

The Microsoft Xbox Series X and Series S controllers are specifically related to the Sony PlayStation 5. Both models include a variant of the hard disc and one that is more accessible without the disc.

PS5 Remote

The PS5 Digital Version is where only PlayStation Store titles can be streamed and purchased by gamers. A few devices for extra costs will also be included with the PS5-such as the $69.99 DualSense remote, the Pulse 3D wearable headset, charging port, and more.

The PlayStation 5 specifications have already been confirmed. The new console would feature an eight-core AMD Zen 2 CPU and a 10.28 teraflop driven custom AMD RDNA 2-based GPU with 36 processing units operating at 2.23GHz each. With a device memory of 16 GB, it will have a solid-state drive (SSD).

4 K and 8 K visuals will both be supported by the PS5 at a 120Hz refresh rate and will also have 3D audio. Support that is compatible with PS4 titles will also be part of the new gaming console. Furthermore, Sony is also launching the PS5 PlayStation Plus Series, which goes head to head with the Xbox Game Pass subscription program. Games like God of War, Bloodborne, Final Fantasy XV, Fallout 4, Mortal Kombat X, and more will be included.
